Deborah Kukurudz

Managing Partner - Europe and Middle East, Co-CEO

Deborah Kukurudz is an international sourcing, production, and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience across fashion, lifestyle, retail, and consumer goods markets in Europe, Asia, Israel, and the United States.
As Founder and CEO of Kids Corner Ltd, she has led global sourcing, manufacturing, collection development, and supply chain operations across apparel, accessories, lifestyle, and pet product categories. Deborah owns factories in Weihai, has built and managed an international network of manufacturing partners and production offices across China, France, and Israel, overseeing sourcing, compliance, logistics, quality control, and commercial growth.
Her expertise includes operational troubleshooting, retail expansion, growth strategy, supplier management, and international business development. Prior to founding Kids Corner Ltd, Deborah held leadership roles with internationally recognized brands including BCBG Max Azria, Sephora/LVMH, and René Derhy.
At Executive Business Group, Deborah supports brands requiring experienced leadership across sourcing, production, retail operations, and international supply chain management.

Erin Wilson

Chief Operations & Brand Strategy Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in business operations, sales strategy, brand development, and organizational leadership, Erin Wilson brings a results-driven approach to operational excellence and sustainable business growth. She has built a career leading high-performing teams, optimizing internal systems, and driving revenue growth across multiple sectors of the fashion and consumer goods industries.
Erin held the position of President at JOCELYN, where she directed sales, logistics, e-commerce, financial operations, and brand expansion strategies. She also held leadership positions with Steve Madden, Reich Furs, and Oscar de la Renta Furs, where she consistently exceeded revenue goals, expanded market presence, and improved operational performance.
Erin is recognized for her strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and strategic mindset, combining operational structure with creative brand growth to help businesses strengthen both performance and long-term value.
At Executive Business Group, Erin will oversee brand positioning, operational strategy, client experience, and business development initiatives. Her ability to streamline processes, strengthen partnerships, and identify growth opportunities allows organizations to operate more efficiently while scaling with purpose.

Guy Praisler, CTO

Managing Partner

Guy Praisler is a veteran technology entrepreneur, systems architect, and e-commerce executive with nearly 30 years of experience building and scaling digital commerce platforms. As founder of Mejix and former CTO of multiple B2B SaaS marketplaces, he specializes in marketplace architecture, apparel e-commerce, warehouse and ERP integrations, and Shopify Plus ecosystems.
At EBG, Guy will help organizations align technology, operations, and growth strategies by creating scalable digital infrastructures that improve efficiency, streamline fulfillment, and support long-term expansion. His expertise extends to marketplace development, supply chain optimization, systems integration, checkout extensibility, and emerging AI-driven search technologies.
With his astute ability to bridge complex technical systems with business objectives, EBG’s clients will modernize their operations, enhance their customer experiences, and build future-ready commerce platforms.

Jeff Meiskin, CPA, CFO

Managing Partner

Jeff is a business executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years domestic and international business experience having held equity, managerial, and board positions from start-ups to mature companies in various industries. He started his career in public accounting at KPMG, followed by CFO/partner roles in real estate, construction, international trade, importing/distribution, consumer goods, technology, and manufacturing.
In 2009, Jeff founded Jalan Financial Consulting LLC, providing business advisory services to start-ups, growth-stage companies, and established organizations navigating growth, transition, and complexity. Having been an employee, owner, director, and consultant, he has the unique fortune of being able to look at a business from multiple angles. He uses a “hands on” entrepreneurial approach working closely with C-level executives.

Jeff’s expertise includes financial, operational, tax, and strategic planning focusing on profit improvement, turnaround, M&A transactions, and capital raising activities while simplifying operations for greater efficiencies and productivity. He understands how to move businesses to the next level of success by maximizing shareholder return, creating value, and monetizing company assets. Jeff graduated from Temple University with a BBA in Accounting and received his CPA license.

Joseph Dos Santos

Managing Director

Joseph Dos Santos brings decades of senior leadership experience in production strategy, global operations, and brand execution to Executive Business Group. Known for his disciplined, results-driven approach, he has guided complex organizations through growth, transformation, and market expansion by aligning strategy with operational reality. His work reflects EBG’s core philosophy: clarity first, execution second, and long-term value always.
Throughout his career, Joseph has held senior leadership roles with globally recognized brands including GAP Inc., Tommy Hilfiger, Global Brands Group, and JackThreads, overseeing production portfolios ranging from hundreds of millions to multi-billion-dollar retail businesses. He has led large-scale supply chain transformations, launched multiple brands across diverse market segments, and driven significant margin improvements through thoughtful sourcing and contract negotiation. His experience spans wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and venture-backed environments—giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to scale responsibly and profitably.
At Executive Business Group, Joseph applies this operational and strategic expertise to help clients navigate complexity and execute with confidence. He works closely with leadership teams to assess challenges, define clear roadmaps, and guide coordinated execution across critical business functions. Whether supporting growth-stage companies or established organizations in transition, Joseph brings a steady, global perspective grounded in accountability, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.

Judie Schechter

Managing Director

Judie is a seasoned digital communications executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations establish, strengthen, and scale their digital presence across platforms and technologies. Her work blends strategic planning, systems thinking, and creative direction to translate business goals into clear, effective digital solutions that support long-term growth.
Her professional background spans finance, technology, and travel sectors, where she developed a strong foundation in operational efficiency and business strategy. In 2003, Judie founded Silverwood Studios, a digital communications firm built on a commitment to evolving technologies, thoughtful leadership, and changing consumer expectations. Through Silverwood, she has led digital engagements across a wide range of industries including retail, healthcare, legal, industrial, insurance, hospitality, and eCommerce—delivering scalable, performance-driven platforms aligned with business objectives.
At Executive Business Group, Judie applies this depth of digital strategy and execution to support client leadership teams with clarity-driven planning and coordinated implementation across digital initiatives. She oversees digital strategy and delivery, leading cross-functional teams to provide turnkey solutions grounded in collaboration, transparency, and long-term business value.

Limor Yoskowitz

Managing Director

Limor serves as Logistics Manager at Executive Business Group, bringing hands-on expertise in cross-border eCommerce, fulfillment operations, and distribution strategy. She supports EBG clients by designing and implementing logistics solutions that improve speed, reliability, and scalability—ensuring operations are aligned with broader business objectives.
Previously, Limor played a key role in launching cross-border eCommerce services for designers and manufacturers at Fashion Circle USA. She established partnerships with last-mile small-parcel carriers to enable same-day handling and collaborated closely with client teams to implement high-volume, efficient sortation for East Coast distribution.
At EBG, Limor applies this operational experience to help clients streamline fulfillment workflows, optimize carrier relationships, and enhance customer delivery experiences. She also works with packaging partners to develop branded, efficient packaging solutions that support both operational performance and brand consistency—reinforcing EBG’s commitment to thoughtful execution and long-term value.
